25 Feb Benoit Turpin, Industry Veteran, Joins Plasma Nutrition as VP of Business Development
Plasma Nutrition is pleased to announce that Benoit Turpin has joined the team as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he will focus on developing the business for ioWhey Protein and expanding Plasma Nutrition’s global reach.
Benoit comes to Plasma Nutrition with over 30 years of experience in the dairy and ingredients industries, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Milk Specialties. Prior to his time at Milk Specialties, he also spent several years in leadership and sales positions at ingredient companies including Lactalis, Kantner Ingredients and Protient.
In addition to his strong background in the US Market, Turpin also brings extensive international experience. Born in Normandy, France, and fluent in French, English, Spanish and some German, he is uniquely suited to grow ioWhey Protein both domestically and internationally. This extensive industry background has helped Turpin quickly integrate into the team at Plasma Nutrition.
His decades in the industry have also fueled his excitement in the groundbreaking potential of Ingredient Optimized technology, as seen with ioWhey Protein. “This is a totally novel and groundbreaking approach to enhancing the bioavailability of whey proteins and beyond. It is truly exciting that we can make whey proteins even better: for athletes, for everyday nutrition, and even for people with protein digestion sensitivities.
